1)Complete the REGISTRATION FORM below, click Register after your signature.
2)Review the following documents (click the form name to view):
Code of Conduct and Activity Guidelines
3)Complete the ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS FORM below the registration form.
4)Pay Membership Dues
This group requires $20 dues be paid at the time of application approval. Send $20 via PayPal to ihhc.membership@gmail.com.
All dues collected are used for Beginning and End of Year Bashes, Holiday Parties and Field Day supplies.
Please see paypal payment link to the right or send correct amount to ihhc.membership@gmail.com via Paypal. If you are
unable to use paypal and prefer to send a check please send an email to ihhc.membership@gmail.com for a mailing
address. Please email ihhc.secretary@gmail.com for a financial need form if you cannot afford dues.
